By Sylvester. July 2013.

During one of my nightdrives, I saw for the first time in all of my guiding years, three servals at one place. They were stalking an elephant shrew.

There was a male, a female and a very young one who was very shy. We did not see them kill anything but it was just nice to see these rare cats together. Seeing one in our area is always a treat, but seeing a family, that was fantastic! And very unusual for this small cat.
