Mobile Hide’s Unexpected Visitors

Yoram and his guest’s went to visit the Carmine Bee-eater Hide from Kaingo in the early morning. After reveling in the colours and sounds of the birds, they could not imagine that they would witness a sighting that could make them forget about those incredible birds… our Mobile Hide’s Unexpected Visitors!

Seconds after Yoram and his guests’ crossed from the Carmine Bee-eater Hide, through the Luangwa River and climbed onto their vehicle, they drove towards the Ebony Grove. Finding the Mwamba-Kaingo pride. Usually lions can be exceptionally repetitive to watch when they are not hunting, they are very good at sleeping! But what they got to witness was filled with energy and joy that they spent the rest of the morning just there!

The Mwamba-Kaingo pride had come down to the confluence of the Ebony Grove to drink. As the whole pride wondered down, one of the juveniles became slightly distracted. To our surprise this “curious cat” decided to check out our Mobile Hide!

Check out here the hilarious sequence of events! Even our lions “Get Close”!
