June 18th, by Andrew.

On the evening game drive with Gail from the USA and Michael and Janet from the UK, we watched the Hollywood pride of 15 lions (6 females and 9 cubs) hunt and successfully kill an impala. What was amazing to see was how everyone got involved including a 3-4 month old cub. This made me realize how early training starts for these young beasts and also appreciate the skills of the adults.

It is interesting how these cats use the hippo highways-turned-galleys to get to the clever antelopes across the plains.

It made me realize how everything is connected in nature, regardless of how insignificant they can look.
