Kaingo Kitchen – Mwamba Apricot Fudge

However our guests choose to spend their midday -enjoying a re-energising snooze or game watching in one of our tranquil hides, the brief lull in the afternoon is broken by the sound of drums! Tea time!

At Mwamba we gather overlooking the dried out Mwamba river, and sipping on homemade iced tea with something a little sweet to nibble, we have the perfect pick me up before the afternoons adventure!  You never know what you might see!
