With my guests at Mwamba we decided to visit the hide in camp, for the midday activity. At first nothing seemed to be happening, it was very  quiet. A few minutes later a small flock of guinea fowls came down for a drink, and I thought to myself “Thanks God, something is showing up!”

Then suddenly we heard noises from a nearby bush. A leopard shot out from the bush and caught one of the guinea fowls, and disappeared again in the bush!

I stood there in awe, thinking to myself how unpredictable the bush is. You just never know what is going to happen next!
